2. Under the Password box, click the “Forgot Password?”

With the Band works on all web browsers. The With the Band app works on all Android and Apple Devices. 🎉

How do I update the app?

The app store will notify you when an update is available. Go into the available updates on your device, and choose With the Band. When that update shows as complete, the app altogether should be updated! Not all updates will be visibly noticeable. Some updates will fix bugs, software errors, or other functionality issues. 😁

First, ensure that you have a stable internet connection. Then try to close and reload your browser. If the website is still running slowly, we may be making improvements on the back end.
