All the Legendary Moments of Coachella 2022 🎡

After two weekends of star-studded, unbelievable performances, this year’s Coachella was one for the books! The world is still buzzing about all of the incredible sets from Harry Styles to Billie Eilish, and so many more! From fashion to special guests, let’s recap California’s biggest music festival. ✨

Many artists made their Coachella debuts this year, including Harry Styles, Megan Thee Stallion, Doja Cat, and more! Megan stopped the Friday shows with her unmatched energy and stage presence. She even blew our minds when she debuted her brand new single, “Plan B.” In addition, she played her hits like “Body” and “Savage” which got the crowd moving! Her sets featured numerous, stunning costumes and exceeded already high expectations for her Coachella debut. 💎

Another show-stopping Coachella debut was made by the one and only, Doja Cat. Sporting an eclectic orange and teal one-piece, Doja served many captivating dance numbers that perfectly complimented her hit songs, like “Woman” and “Say So.” She also had quite the surprise up her sleeve, debuting her brand new song, “Vegas” with appearances from Rico Nasty and Tyga, who are both featured on the track! All elements combined made for a performance like no other! 💫

Making not only his Coachella debut as a headliner, but his first solo festival appearance, Harry Styles went above and beyond on both Friday nights. Opening with his new, record-breaking single, “As It Was,” Harry sent the crowd, and live-stream viewers around the world, into a frenzy. His disco-esque one piece on weekend one and red leather set on weekend two will have fans and fashion magazines alike talking for ages. Harry also featured two iconic guests in his sets, with the first being Shania Twain. The two duetted her hits, “Man! I Feel Like a Woman!” and “You’re Still The One,” and he shared that she “taught him to sing.” The bar was set high going into weekend two, and special guest Lizzo exceeded all expectations! The iconic duo sang, “I Will Survive” before going into “What Makes You Beautiful.” The pair were adorned in matching Gucci coats, which was truly the cherry on top of this historic Hizzo performance. 💕

At only 20 years old, superstar Billie Eilish made her second appearance as a Coachella headliner the last two weekends! Holding the title of the youngest person to headline the festival, she gave fans immaculate performances on both Saturdays. Billie also featured some special celebrity guests in her sets, including Gorillaz’s Damon Albarn and De La Sol’s Pos. The trio performed Gorillaz’s hit, “Feel Good Inc.” and displayed visuals from the iconic music video throughout the song. This unexpected feature was the collaboration we didn’t know we needed! Billie did not stop there, though, as her next guest sent fans into overdrive. During her weekend two set, Billie welcomed Paramore’s Hayley Williams to the stage! The two performed an acoustic rendition of Paramore’s hit, “Misery Business,” to fans’ delight! Hayley also came back out to join Billie in performing, “Happier Than Ever.” With two years of headlining Coachella under her belt, Billie sure knows how to put her all into her performances! ❤️‍🔥

The last headliners of the fest were Coachella veterans Swedish House Mafia and The Weeknd! With Swedish House Mafia headlining in 2012 and The Weeknd in 2018, these stars knew how to get the crowd going. The first half of the set consisted of Swedish House Mafia pumping up the crowd with their notorious house EDM sound. With songs like, “Don’t You Worry Child,” the trio built up momentum and delivered a stunning display of lights that will not soon be forgotten. Before transitioning over to The Weeknd’s set, they performed songs together like, “Sacrifice” and “How Do I Make You Love Me?” From there, The Weeknd took the stage with hits, “I Can’t Feel My Face,” “Starboy,” and many more. This pairing of artists was the perfect way to close out the 2022 festival. 🌟

While there were so many highlights over the last two weekends, here are a few worth noting! Justin Bieber made a surprise appearance during Daniel Caesar’s set, and the two performed their Grammy-nominated song, “Peaches.” Fans went crazy for this pair! Another surprise feature was during 21 Savage’s set. The rapper brought out Post Malone to perform their song, “Rockstar” together. This is the second time they have performed this song together at Coachella! Last, but certainly not least, K-Pop group 2NE1 reunited at this year’s Coachella for the first time in seven years! They made their return during 88rising’s set, much to fans’ surprise and delight! 🤩

With Coachella 2022 already come and gone, there are so many moments that will be remembered for years to come. Between all of the legendary performances and special guests, we are already anxiously awaiting Coachella 2023 and all that it has in store! 🥳
