Biggest Tours Guide for Summer 2022

Updated: Sep 29, 2022

The weather is getting warmer, the days are getting longer, and there is no better way to spend a summer night than at a concert! After so many cancellations and rescheduled shows, we are happy to see live music-making such a big comeback! There have been so many tours announced by many of our favorite artists, including Shawn Mendes and Doja Cat. Below we’ve compiled a list of some of the biggest and best tours happening this summer. ☀️

5 Seconds of Summer

Dates: April 3rd - December 10th

We can not wait for this tour! Being postponed almost two years due to COVID-19, 5 Seconds of Summer is finally coming soon to a city near you! Although this tour was initially named the No Shame Tour, it was re-named the Take My Hand Tour in 2022. It kicked off about a month ago and will continue until the end of the year with breaks in between. Opening acts range from COIN, Pale Waves, Hinds, and Lovelytheband. With their fifth album just around the corner, we know they will give it their all on this tour! 🤩

Shawn Mendes

Dates: March 14th - October 27th

Another long-awaited tour is Shawn Mendes’ Wonder: The World Tour! Joined by King Princess, Dermot Kennedy, and Tate McRae, this tour began in March and will conclude in late October. After being rescheduled multiple times, we finally get to see Shawn onstage again! He’s going to give us a tour we will never forget! 😍

Olivia Rodrigo

Tour: Sour Tour

Dates: April 2nd - July 7th

Recent Grammy-winner Olivia Rodrigo has hit the road and will be gracing a theater near you with her record-breaking debut album, SOUR! Touring through the summer, Olivia, with Gracie Abrams, Holly Humberstone, and Baby Queen, is in the middle of her first headlining theater tour. Olivia has said that she does not want to “skip steps” by playing at any venue larger than a theater, even though we know she could sell it out to her many adoring fans! Olivia has a jaw-dropping show planned for all who attend! 💜

The Weeknd

Dates: July 8th - September 3rd

After being rescheduled twice, we cannot wait for The Weeknd’s After Hours Til Dawn Tour! The incredible Doja Cat will be opening for Abel on this tour–an iconic duo if you ask us! This global stadium tour will start in July and extend through October, giving us much to look forward to. We cannot wait to see what these two have up their sleeves! 👀

Halsey

Dates: May 17th - July 9th

Halsey’s Love and Power Tour will definitely blow you away! Halsey's incredible vocals and stage presence will captivate audiences across multiple countries. This tour is sure to bring dramatic stage decor and powerful messages from her latest album. This tour will feature guests Beabadoobee, Pink Pantheress, The Marias, Abby Roberts, and Wolf Alice. After her 2020 tour got canceled halfway through due to COVID, Halsey is ready to make quite the comeback this concert season! 🦋

We are so grateful for the opportunities to experience live music again! Whether you are ready to jam out with 5SOS or sing your heart out with Olivia Rodrigo, we know you will find the perfect summer concert for you! 🎶
